DISCOVER NEW TECHNIQUES
I went to see Laura for a make up session. My technique and products were very dated. She taught me how use products that were more forgiving for an ageing skin. I discovered the use of concealers and new techniques for brightening up my eyes. At the end of the session, I looked like a different person. I clearly wasn’t making the most of myself and came away with a useful list of new and exciting products of which I am now able to use successfully.
Well done Laura for introducing me to a more modern approach to make-up.
A GREAT CONFIDENCE BOOST
Having arranged to go with a friend I arrived at Laura's feeling slightly nervous as I am not really a 'make-up' sort of person. I really needn't have worried - it was absolutely great. Helpful, straightforward advice about how to sequence the application of make-up, how to emphasis features, and what to minimise.
As Laura doesn't sell any products there was no pressure to buy, but we did have the opportunity to sample a good range of products. I'd been using the same basic routine for far too long so I was particularly pleased to get information about products I had never heard of, and to get advice on more flattering colours for my skin tone. Good fun and a great confidence boost - if you get the chance, do go.

MAKEUP FOR PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS
I used Laura to do my makeup look for my professional photographs for my website which I was about to relaunch.
Laura was really flexible about coming out to my house to make me over, and gave me the natural look I was after for the shoot! She put me at ease and I love the end result of the photographs - I am a bit hopeless with makeup apart from the basics, so her expertise was something I needed and she was great value for money. I would definitely use her again!
RELAXING AND FUN EXPERIENCE
I had a relaxing and fun experience with Laura doing my make up and looking after my face in preparation to a promotional film for my business.
Laura is so calm and a great person to chat too, I felt more confident with my appearance because she understood exactly what I wanted: too look natural, with a bright spark on my eyes. She even helped me to cover some stubborn grey hair and choosing accessories! I will definitely repeat my time with Laura again.

WONDERFUL MAKEUP PLAYGROUND
I absolutely loved spending a morning with Laura and trying out ideas and products that were completely new to me. I’ve always enjoyed how make up makes me feel but it’s easy, especially as we grow older, to stick with a few tried and tested favourites. Laura’s lesson was as calm, gentle and encouraging as Laura herself.
It was a lovely environment to try something new – Laura gave me lots of confidence to try new colours and it was great to have a list of all the items we used, to take away with me. In fact, I’ve bought almost everything on my list and can’t wait to spend some more time with Laura and in her wonderful make-up playground.
